(cerita antara 2 istri, orang indo lugu & orang bule) :
Mrs. Bule : Do you like salad?
Indo lugu : Yes, 5 times a day.
Mrs. Bule : (kaget) Oh really? What kind of dressing do you use?
Indo lugu : Mukena!

(suami si bule yg juga bule joined the conversation, ceritanya di rumahnya si nyonya Indo lugu, lagi pesta makan malam)
Indo lugu : Do you like mie? (nawarin mie, maksudnya)
Mr. Bule : Huh? (kaget) hmm.. what do you mean?
Indo lugu : Mie! Do you like mie? Still hot lho!
Mr. Bule : Not too loudly please, my wife can hear you!
Indo lugu : Oh, she can have mie too, there's plenty for everybody!
Mr. Bule : ...... (mikir : gile 'ni ibu2...)
